Water and Sewer Assessment Notice
To: All Village of Sodus Point water and sewer users
Subject: Update on sewer upgrades and water system improvements
Please read carefully.
The sewer upgrade project (new generators, control panel replacements, and communications modifications) has been completed and the new stainless steel control panel boxes at 14 sites and 4 Kohler generators should be apparent to all. As a reminder, this was an $825,000 project with loan repayment over 10 years (9 remaining). The approximate assessment per sewer unit to repay this loan is $115 per year, but will vary slightly with the number of sewer units in any given year.
